Chef Werner Snoek and his team serve this 26-seater restaurant with a contemporary international menu.


Classically trained in French cuisine  Werner enjoys taking old school classics and combining them with Eastern, African and European influences and textures, while modernising components to keep up with current trends.


Chef Werner's experience includes among others, prestige properties such as Ile de France Restaurant, Park Hyatt Hotel, Amari Orchid Hotel in Pattaya, Thailand, Anantara Hotel and Resort in Bazaruto, Mozambique and most recently The Saxon Hotel and Nineteen Clubhouse at Steyn City.

Melanie Snoek - OWNER

Head of Operations,Marketing and Administration 

Melanie, wife of Chef Werner Snoek has been in the Hospitality Industry for 7 years having a degree in Business Management and Marketing.


Specialising in reservations, events and marketing she spent 5 years training at and working for the Saxon Hotel, Villas & Spa with a year and a half spent at Steyn City.
